Maine Bride, well known in the Maine wedding industry for years, is offering a new service for brides opting to do their own flowers.

Work with one of our floral experts to create your own bouquets, centerpieces and other wedding florals. We include a consultation to get you started with the DIY option.

A floral expert will provide instruction, guidance and advice, and is available to answer questions about putting your flowers together. You will have full use of our design room, including tools and supply items such as tape, wire and pins.

Purchase your flowers from us in growers bunches at special pricing, bring (or purchase from us) your vases, ribbon and other floral related decorations in to our facility, gather your family, friends or bridesmaids and prepare to have fun putting your flowers together!

Work in your home or our design studio.

Is DIY right for me?

Deciding if DIY is right for you depends on several factors: the types of flowers and designs you choose; how much time and help you have available before your wedding, your comfort level creating your own designs and your overall budget.

Brides whose families, friends and bridal party are within driving distance of our store may find it easier to choose the DIY option. Having enough time in your schedule prior to your wedding is critical to the success of using the DIY option.

Your flower party is scheduled for the Thursday before a Saturday wedding or the Wednesday before a Friday wedding. If you, a family member or friend are creative and you want to save money then our DIY option could be just what you’re looking for.
